Inspired by the intersection of sculptural, dance, architecture, and history, Andrew Hellmund’s work takes on a direct metal approach with the versatility of steel. His work can be found in collections from New England to British Columbia, while his public art can be found on school campuses and in college communities. Hellmund creates sculptures from found and recycled metals that express a sense of hope, fluidity, and power while supporting a sense of community.

The documentary by Carbon Mouse Studios explores Hellmund’s artistic composition and its embodiment of the industrial.
